and the Holy Ghost fell, confirming God’s presence with the ministry. After securing a building, services were held at 6573 Hwy 178 West. The name was later changed to Bibleway Outreach Fellowship. In May 2003, the church broke ground on a new building and in 2004 services began in the current location at 6742 Hwy 178, Byhalia, MS 38611. Bishop Renzil Barringer served faithfully as pastor for 26 years, until his passing.

Bibleway Outreach Ministries was founded on February 1, 1997 by Bishop Renzil Barringer, under direction from God and the support of his wife, Lady Emma Barringer. The first service was held February 8, 1997 in the home of one of the earliest members, Carolyn and Cody Milam
